These artworks are part of the collection Neglect, photographed specimens of animals, most of which are extinct or critically endangered. The photographer wants to show a little bit of the sometimes bizarre beauty of the insects, so that the viewer might see them with different eyes. Because insect extinction is very real and not a made-up story. The series was produced with help and assistance of the Senckenberg German Entomological Institute.
Continue readingThe artworks of the Jellybelly series are offered in two limited editions: 10 pieces of each motiv. Jellyfishes are one of the most fascinating species in the oceans and they have a certain aesthetics the artist wanted to capture. The pictures were shot in a big aquarium where the artist had permission to work and shoot during the night in complete darkness. Only some artificial lights inside the aquarium and from the outside were just to give the jellyfish some subtle glow.
Continue readingThe artist's project concerns a theme today at the center of global attention both at an institutional and population level: the environment. In these images the primary element is the ice and its melting. The artist created it through the chromatic inversion from positive to negative, which coincides with the concept of change, representing an opposite reality: the ice becomes fire, the cracks become a volcano. A new style that tells the problem by analyzing the Perito Moreno Glacier.
Continue readingIn Moments of Speed, speed becomes impressively visible. At first glance, the images reveal the aesthetics and dynamics of movement and allow the intensity and energy of the moment to be felt. At the same time there is an interesting shift from visualized speed to calmness in the motif. In the movement depicted, the images radiate a serenity of their own that creates a pleasantly relaxing effect. This change in perception allows the viewer to experience a new, deeper level. Composition, details, colouring, sharpness and blurring create dramatic and at the same time an image of calm in motion.

Using colored paper and minimal props, the endeavor aimed to capture the essence and texture of various types of bread. Soft side lighting was carefully selected to cast gentle shadows and highlights, enhancing the visual appeal and tactile qualities of the materials. Through meticulous attention to detail, the project sought to evoke a sense of texture, warmth, and craftsmanship associated with the art of food photography.
Continue readingThe Giants are the oldest baseball team in Japan. The Giants are the pioneering team that has led and developed baseball culture in Japan. The year 2023 marks the 89th anniversary of the founding of the Giants, and since 89 means baseball, the season concept was set to "89 is my life" in order to make the 2023 season the Year of Baseball. A series of visual posters express the drama of baseball. In addition, for the first time in the team's history, a joint men's and women's team visual was created to express the spirit of diversity.
