Continue readingWe visited Chile in October 2018 on a Nikon-sponsored Photographic Expedition. We spent a week in both Patagonia and Easter Island. In both locations the scenery and wildlife were stunning and I did my best to capture the beauty I saw. Patagonia had the most amazing mountains, glaciers and wildlife. Easter Island was more of a cultural experience with the brooding Rapa Nui Moai statues.

In its elaboration the artist has experimented with different techniques. Starting from the picture of an ocean wave and by doing a physical formalized a visual entropy equation, simplifying and subtracting elements has got a sort of X-ray. Continue readingThis project is in formal of photography contemporary, shooting for a work of table setting. To be suitable of this vintage table setting, I used the lights and flash in my views and I would create an atmosphere as a olio painting, as the works of Rembrandt in 1650. The classical color style would bring us back to the beginning of photography in history. In the early period, photography was from classic olio painting. My work would like to return a purity and artistic photo style, to give people a sense in museum and gallery, when it appears in a clean background like white pages or walls.
